Follow the Below Instructions to Migrate your Google Workspace Data:

Step 1: Download the DRS Softech G Suite Backup Tool. Install the tool and run it as administrator.

Step 2: The application provides two options: Backup Google Workspace All Services and Backup Google Workspace Emails Only. The first option enables you to back up all G Suite services like Gmail, Contacts, Calendars, etc. While, in the second option, you can only migrate G Suite emails.

Step 3: To migrate all services of G Suite, click Continue in the Google Workspace section.

Step 4: Now, enter the Root User Email Address, and Service Account Email in the asked field. Also, browse the p12 file.

Step 5: After providing all the mentioned details, press the Login button to proceed.

Step 6: The tool displays all user accounts associated with the admin G Suite account. Select the required email accounts and press the Next button.

Step 7: Now, you will see various Google Workspace applications such as Gmail, Drive, Contacts, Calendars, Docs, Jamboard, etc. Tick the required items and press the Next button.

Step 8: You will see two sections on the screen: File Formats and Email Clients you need to choose the desired destination, where you want to migrate all G Suite data.

Further, to export G Suite data to PST and other file formats, follow the steps as mentioned:

Step 9: To export G Suite data to PST, MSG, MBOX, PDF, EML, EMLX, and CSV, click Continue in the File Formats section.

Step 10: Expand the File Format drop-down list and choose PST from the list.

Step 11: Choose different filters and options for precise migration:

  1. The Date Filter feature helps you to back up emails of a specific date range. Tick this option and enter a suitable Start Date and End Date in the fields.
  2. Tick the Skip Duplicate Emails and select the parameters (Body, Subject, and From) to exclude duplicate emails.
  3. To break the resultant PST file into multiple smaller files, select the Split resultant PST file option.
  4. In the Skip Folders feature, you can exclude categories of undesired emails like Forums, Updates, Personal, Promotions, etc.
  5. The Migrate or Backup Emails without Attachment files option helps you to migrate G Suite emails without attachment files.

Step 12: After you select the appropriate options and filters, click Next to proceed with migration.

Step 13: Further, click on the Start Migration Button.

Now, to perform G Suite to Gmail migration follow steps 1 to 8 as mentioned above. After that, follow the below procedure.

Step 9: Click on the Continue button in the Email Client section to migrate G Suite emails to any other email accounts.

Step 10: Expand the Email client drop-down menu and choose the Gmail option.

Step 11: Provide the right login credentials for the desired Gmail account: Username and Password. Click the Login button.

Step 12: You can also use the Login With Modern Authentication option. It will direct you to the browser page and you need to allow access.

Step 13: Once you get the Authentication Successful notification on the screen, return to the tool.

Step 14: Again, choose the desired migration options such as:

  1. Tick the Date Filter option to migrate emails of a particular date range.
  2. Select the Skip Duplicate Emails option to remove duplicate emails based on Body, Subject, and From.

Step 15: Further, you can also opt for:

  1. Click on the Skip Folder option and choose the G Suite category that you want to exclude from migration. Like Forums, Updates, Social, Chat, etc.
  2. Enable the Migrate or Backup email without attachment files option to leave the attachment file while migrating G Suite data.

Step 16: Then, click Next to proceed further with the conversion of G Suite data.

Step 17: At last, click on the Start Migration button to finally begin the process.
