Steps to migrate PST mailbox items to Lotus Notes file format.
Step 1: Download and run DRS PST to NSF Converter software.
Step 2: Click on Browse button and add Single or multiple files by choosing Single File or Multiple File as per your requirement.
Step 3: Click on the folders showing on the left pane of the software interface and click on Preview to preview the selected PST file.
Step 4: Click on the drop-down menu and select NSF as saving option.
Step 5: Perform certain steps shared here:
- Mail Filter: Choose and provide a time duration to get the filtered data.
- Task Filter: Check on Task Filter option to filter the task as per the given date.
- Check on Remove Duplicate mail option to skip the duplicate emails based on basis of To, From, Subject, Bcc, Body.
- Custom Folder Name: Provide the custom folder name to save the resultant files.
Step 6: Click on save the data as per the Name Convention. And click on Convert utton to begin the conversion process.
