- In case online activation doesn’t work, reach out to our support agent for offline activation link. You can only ask for a refund if Offline activation doesn't work.
- No refund will be initiated if the software is already activated.

Complete Refund won’t be applicable in following cases:
- If you keep facing some problems with some specific files, and our team recommends checking the file in the lab. Then, you need to upload the files through a secure FTP Tool to our Lab Servers. In case, If the client asks for an NDA(Non-Disclosure Agreement) for the safety of his/her file, we will provide the latter. But if a client is not sending the file for repairing even after having a signed NDA and asks for a refund, then the refund will not apply to him.
- A refund will not be applicable if you don’t want to use the product any further.
